The Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care (NPCC) is a 2-year, full-time, residency-based postgraduate program designed to develop advanced practice nurses capable of delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in intensive and critical care settings. Recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), this program equips registered nurses to function as independent, licensed practitioners within multidisciplinary critical care teams. Structured to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in critical and emergency care, the NPCC program emphasizes intensive clinical training, advanced pathophysiology, pharmacology, diagnostics, and critical decision-making.
